IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT YOUR EXPERIENCE AS A CLIENT AT THE HOUSE OF ALBA IS EXCEPTIONAL AND COMFORTABLE, HERE ARE SOME OF OUR POLICIES THAT WE IMPLEMENT FOR EVERY GUEST.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
I totally understand the need for flexibility in my client's hectic schedules and respect how valuable their time is. I make every attempt to accommodate client schedules and would ask that you, as a client, would do the same with mine.
To ensure that schedules flow smoothly, I kindly ask that you confirm and/or cancel your upcoming appointment no more than 24 hours before. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment please notify me at least 24 hours before to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Prepayment may be required to book the next appointment.

WHAT IF I AM LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?
I will do my best to accommodate, but if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. If you are running late, please contact me or the salon as soon as possible to let me know. My clients are scheduled back to back, which means that if I am late, every client after that will be seen late. Sometimes I can catch up, sometimes I cannot. I completely understand, but if this is a recurring issue, a late fee may be added to your appointment.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN WITH ME?
For safety and liability issues, I ask that you please leave your children at home. Don't get me wrong, I love kids, but the salon is not a safe place for them. The last thing I want to do is drop a bowl of chemicals, a pair of scissors, or a hot tool on your baby's lap.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY SERVICES?
If you are unhappy with your services, I kindly ask that you let me know within 5 days. I need to know, or I can't do anything about it. I always go out of my way to make sure my clients are happy, and when someone isn't, I will do what it takes to make the situation better.
With that being said.....not achieving final results in one session, when we have discussed in the consultation that it would require multiple sessions, does NOT constitute as a "Re-do". Neither does your husband, wife, dog, or goldfish not liking your new look, when you left my chair happy with what we agreed on together.
Once again, if there is an issue, I am always willing to make it right and leave you happy with your hair!

HOW DO I BOOK?
The easiest way to book is through my Online Booking. But you can also call the salon, and someone can assist you. Calling or texting me is hard. I am super busy, so getting back to everyone in a timely manner is difficult for me.
